- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I visited Ian McBride with hip issues. He had a slightly disinterested air about him and he did not inspire me with confidence. He gave me an exercise which he demonstrated but did not see me perform, and which I was unable to perform. I now know he was just treating my symptoms and not the root cause.
